表示演奏乐器时，乐器的前面要加定冠词“the”。
西洋乐器作为课程时，不用加定冠词“the”。
中国传统乐器前（准确地说是汉语拼音乐器名词前）不用定冠词“the”，如果表示具体数量时，如一把二胡，前面用不定冠词。
例：play erhu 拉二胡；play dizi 吹笛子。
